You join, as a Paralegal, the Dispute, Resolution & Investigation (DRI) team within the Legal Department, which is notably in charge of supervisingpre-litigation and the preparation of detailed reports on all Natixis' and its subsidiaries' litigation activities.
On a daily basis, your missions are to:
Manage the follow-up of ongoing disputes by contributing to the quarterly reporting, to the Dispute Provisions Committee and the drafting of the various summary documents;
Crefer, for ongoing disputes, to the Universal Reference Document (URD);
Assist lawyers in responding to requests regarding ongoing disputes from various sources (Compliance, SG, Reverse KYC...);
Coordinate the monthly activity reporting of the DRI team;
Contribute to the management of lawyers' fees and expenses;
Participate in the monitoring of the coverage by the Insurance Policies of the disputes monitored by DRI;
Provide administrative assistance to the lawyers of the DRI team in processing their files.
