E-commerce is booming, but independent brands still struggle to compete with the seamless logistics of giants like Amazon. At Bigblue, we’ve made it our mission to change that.

We help brands by democratizing best operational practices: we enable them to grow faster while delivering a five-star customer experience.

Since 2018, we’ve developed a technology-driven logistics platform that supports over 500 brands —from fast-growing DNVBs to major international companies such as MUJI, Aigle, and Cabaïa. With over 110 employees across Paris, Madrid, and London, a proprietary WMS (Atlas), and a network of 7 warehouses in Europe, we are building a faster, smarter, and more sustainable logistics system.

Bigblue also operates its own warehouse in Normandy (35,000 m²), designed as a center of operational excellence, at the heart of our growth strategy.

Amid strong growth (over 10 million orders by 2024), we are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and enhance the performance of our Évreux site.

About the role 🚀

You will join Bigblue Logistique and be based on-site in Évreux on a daily basis.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the site’s operational performance and play a key role in its continuous improvement.

You’ll work in a demanding, fast-growing environment with a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

Managing operational performance
  • Ensuring the site’s KPIs are met (productivity, quality, lead times, costs)
  • Ensuring compliance with processes and customer SLAs
  • Monitor and analyze performance, and implement corrective action plans
  • Overseeing operations handling over 3 million packages per year

    Team Management
    • Indirectly manage a team of up to 200 employees through Area Managers and Shift Managers
    • Support managers in developing their skills
    • Ensure a high level of commitment and collective performance
    • Structure the organization to support business growth

      Continuous improvement & optimization of operations
      • Identify areas for improvement and propose concrete solutions (processes, organization, tools)
      • Optimizing logistics flows and activity planning
      • Implementing effective and scalable work methods
      • Lead improvement projects (automation, flow optimization, digitization)
      • Contribute to the evolution of the site’s operational standards

        Operational management & coordination
        • Ensure coordination with internal teams (Customer Success, Growth, Tech)
        • Provide operational insights to improve overall performance
        • Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for optimization
        • Engage with clients on operational matters
        • Organize site visits for clients and prospects


          Ideal Candidate 🙌
          • 5+ years of experience in logistics/e-commerce operations (warehouse, 3PL, distribution, etc.)
          • Proven experience managing operational teams
          • Solid understanding of high-volume logistics production challenges
          • Proactive and hands-on, with daily on-site involvement
          • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
          • Proficiencyin Excel and a data-driven approach ( ability to perform simple queries on databases)
          • Excellent communication skills
          • Ability to motivate and guide a team
          • Fluency in French and English
          • Certifications in logistics or supply chain management
          • Driver’s license required
