You'll lead a House Block team, drive operational performance and support positive outcomes for our people and those in our care. As a visible and supportive leader, you'll build strong relationships, develop frontline staff and inspire a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. About Auckland South Corrections Facility Auckland South Corrections Facility (ASCF) is located in Wiri, South Auckland. Operated by Serco, our team works within a complex correctional environment where safety, security and prisoner wellbeing are central to everything we do. You'll join a dedicated team focused on delivering safe and effective prison operations while supporting positive outcomes for the people in our care and the wider community.
