You'll lead a House Block team, drive operational performance and support positive outcomes for our people and those in our care. As a visible and supportive leader, you'll build strong relationships, develop frontline staff and inspire a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. About Auckland South Corrections Facility Auckland South Corrections Facility (ASCF) is located in Wiri, South Auckland. Operated by Serco, our team works within a complex correctional environment where safety, security and prisoner wellbeing are central to everything we do. You'll join a dedicated team focused on delivering safe and effective prison operations while supporting positive outcomes for the people in our care and the wider community. As an Operations Manager, you'll make a positive impact by: Providing leadership and direction across operational functions Leading, supporting and developing frontline staff Maintaining a strong focus on safety, security and prisoner wellbeing Driving operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring compliance with contractual, legislative and policy requirements Managing operational risks and responding effectively to incidents Building collaborative relationships across the site and wider business Serco is a place for you You're a confident and resilient leader who knows how to bring out the best in people.
