Close partnership and teamwork with the other departments is critical to achieving success. THE ROLE Based in Valais Switzerland | 15 November 2026 - 15 April 2027 We are seeking an enthusiastic On-Snow Demo & Events intern to join our Swiss team. This internship provides a unique chance to gain practical experience in sales and event execution within the international outdoor sports industry. Responsibilities: Demo Management: Coordinate and manage on-snow demo events for all the company brands: Faction Skis, United Shapes, and Phaenom footwear Collaborate closely with the Swiss Sales Leads to ensure your smooth execution of on-snow demos Transport product samples to and from events, set up demo tents and equipment at various locations, including ski resorts and trade shows Provide guidance and assistance to customers during demo events, showcasing products and addressing any questions Collect customer feedback and report insights to the Sales team Manage the sample fleet of skis, snowboards, and boots, including receiving products from the warehouse, tracking inventory, prepping and tuning products prior to demos to ensure they are clean and in optimal working condition Sales Support: Collaborate with the Swiss Sales Leads with servicing retail partner accounts Support the sales team by providing product information, samples, and sales collateral Assist with in-store promotional events and sales initiatives, such as holiday sales and film screenings Aid in the execution of trade shows in Switzerland, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants Handle general shipping and receiving of products at the Swiss office Role Specifics: Significant travel is required across Switzerland Weekend work is frequently necessary, with compensatory days off provided as per company policy All travel expenses are covered by the company, in accordance with the employee handbook Native or fluent in French, German and English Valid driver's license Outgoing personality, comfortable communicating with retail partners on the phone and in person Self-starter Proficiency with common software including MS Office Suite (Excel in particular) and the Google Suite Flexibility to travel for work purposes Flexibility to work on weekends A plus: Winter sports retail experience Hands-on experience with skis, snowboards, and footwear Strong ski and snowboard product knowledge An energized and dynamic team within a fast-paced international environment Brands with strong identity and values that resonate with our fans and team members Swiss intern wage, ideal for post-grad students who want to get a foot in the outdoor sport industry A pair of FACTION skis and set of clothes to wear and ride with pride FSSC will never request your salary history during the interview process and during your period of employment Native or fluent in French, German and English Valid driver's license Outgoing personality, comfortable communicating with retail partners on the phone and in person Self-starter Proficiency with common software including MS Office Suite (Excel in particular) and the Google Suite Flexibility to travel for work purposes Flexibility to work on weekends A plus: Winter sports retail experience Hands-on experience with skis, snowboards, and footwear Strong ski and snowboard product knowledge An energized and dynamic team within a fast-paced international environment Brands with strong identity and values that resonate with our fans and team members Swiss intern wage, ideal for post-grad students who want to get a foot in the outdoor sport industry A pair of FACTION skis and set of clothes to wear and ride with pride FSSC will never request your salary history during the interview process and during your period of employment
