Además, te identificas con esto: • 🧠 Te motiva comprender el negocio: canales, mercado, categorías y productos. • 🔎 Te gusta trabajar con datos: explorar, estructurar y convertir información en insights. • 🤝 Disfrutas colaborando con equipos distintos (Comercial, Marketing, Finanzas, etc.). • ✅ Eres organizado/a, con curiosidad y ganas de aprender herramientas y procesos desde el día 1. 💼 SOBRE EL ROLE Como Omnichannel BI Trainee , formarás parte del equipo de BI apoyando el seguimiento de planes de canal y la evolución del negocio a través del tratamiento de datos internos y externos (especialmente sell-out ). Tu misión será ayudar a transformar datos existentes en información accionable para equipos comerciales. 🎯 Principales responsabilidades: Tratamiento de datos y seguimiento de canal 📌 • Soporte al seguimiento de planes de canal mediante tratamiento de datos externos e internos, principalmente sell-out . • Aprender a manejar distintas fuentes de datos, estructurarlas y convertirlas en información para el negocio. 🔎 Reporting y mejora de informes 📊 • Colaboración en el desarrollo y revisión de nuevos informes de seguimiento comercial. • Participación y colaboración en un proyecto de migración de informes con diferentes integrantes del proyecto. 🧩 Colaboración transversal 🤝 • Interacción con equipos de Comex, Comercial, Marketing, Finanzas y otros stakeholders para asegurar que los insights responden a necesidades reales del negocio 🎯 ¿QUÉ HAY PARA TI? • 🏢 Conocerás el mercado de gran consumo y los datos que explican su evolución. • 🧰 Aprenderás herramientas de extracción de datos y de reporting. • 📈 Vivirás el impacto real del BI: transformar datos en decisiones accionables para equipos comerciales. • 🧭 Tendrás un onboarding estructurado: inducción a la empresa, productos y canales + introducción más detallada de canales con personas de Trade Marketing con las que colaborarás. • 🌱 Experiencia formativa diseñada para potenciar tu aprendizaje y exposición a trabajo cross-funcional. ✅ ¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA TENER ÉXITO EN EL ROL? Imprescindible ✅ • 🎓 Estar cursando grado o máster (preferencia: último año de grado) y poder firmar Convenio de Colaboración con tu centro. • 📚 Perfil analítico (ideal: estudiantes o recién graduados en Estadística, Matemáticas o similares ). • 🌍 Nivel de inglés B2 (Intermedio Alto) . • 🔧 Interés por herramientas de tratamiento de datos y reporting (y ganas de aprender en un entorno real). Valorable (nice to have) 🌟 • Experiencia académica o personal en análisis de datos (datasets, reporting, dashboards). • Interés por roles futuros vinculados a BI/CI/RGM/Finanzas/Trade Marketing.
