Responsibilities: Training & Programme Support Handle logistics and administrative tasks for training programmes. Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery. Support the coordination of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programmes required for licensed staff. Deliver the monthly New Joiner Orientation session and support onboarding‑related tasks. Learning Systems & Reporting Administrate and manage the Global Learning Management System (GLMS) and other digital learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning). Generate learning reports, track completion status, and support data analysis and updates. Handle general employee enquiries related to learning and development. Learning Promotion & Engagement Contribute ideas and support the execution of learning campaigns and group‑wide initiatives. Support the team in promoting internal learning initiatives through various channels. General HR & Team Support Provide support for HR engagement events (such as Town Hall, Annual Dinner, etc.). Assist in consolidating team budget records and tracking expenses. Carry out other assigned tasks and ad-hoc duties. Qualifications: Degree holder in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline 0-3 years of relevant experience in HR/L&D, with sizable organizations preferred. (Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant L&D Officer) Enthusiastic and passionate about people development and staff engagement Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Organized, self-motivated, responsible, team player, time-sensitive, able to cope well under stress and in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with an openness to learning new technologies; tech‑savviness and strong Excel skills are advantageous About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 95 million customers worldwide.
