We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Director to manage a key OEM in our eco system Worldwide. In this role you will cover the entire OEM on different central initiatives like HPC/Super Computing, AI, Quantum & more. In this pivotal role, you will work directly with NVIDIA Head Quarter and multiple teams in Europe. The ideal candidate brings a strategic view, extensive technical knowledge, and commercial go-to-market experience in OEM management. They also have a passion for new technologies, challenges, and sophisticated ecosystems.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the strategic relationship with a designated OEM and its ecosystem, driving the adoption and deployment of NVIDIA technologies. Build strong executive‑level and cross‑functional connections. The role covers Europe but also India, LATAM and USA.

  • Lead all aspects of the business outlook across NVIDIA’s portfolio—including HPC, Supercomputing, AI, and Quantum—and lead QBRs to review pipeline health and ensure target attainment.

  • Guide end‑to‑end engagement on technology and product roadmaps to accelerate integration of NVIDIA hardware and software into OEM compose.

  • Supervise OEM factory operations from quoting and purchase orders through delivery.

  • Supervise the OEM ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, advise on technology roadmaps, and influence adoption strategies.

  • Collaborate with AMs, industry leads, solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing teams across EMEA and WW to build go‑to‑market initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver workshops, bootcamps, and AI tours in priority regions aligned to industry initiatives.

  • Lead and develop a team supporting this mission, with reporting into NVIDIA HQ.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

  • 15+ overall years demonstrated ability in the technology industry managing OEMs or ODMs at the executive level, 6+ years of this is to be in management.

  • Confirmed leadership in defining and accomplishing strategies to grow OEM presence within targeted ecosystem.

  • Deep technical expertise in high‑performance computing, AI/ML, Quantum technologies, and relevant software frameworks.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify sophisticated technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.

  • Extensive experience leading technical partnerships, including architectural build, technical mentorship, and delivering technical presentations; capable of engaging executive‑level collaborators such as CTOs.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sophisticated technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize challenges, and collaborate effectively across internal and external collaborators, including experience leading operational processes.

  • Based in Paris area, French native, proficient in English, additional languages is a plus. Be able to travel cross Europe, India, South America, Asia and USA
