Responsibilities: 1.Network Provider Relationship & Community Engagement Maintain relationships with medical profession community Handle enquiries and complaints from providers, customers, and internal parties. Facilitate effective communication with related teams and network providers. 2.Network Provider Contracting Negotiate and reach agreements with providers. Assist in recruiting new provider and perform provider contracting activities including quality review; orientation; clinic accreditation to meet selection requirements and credential process. Manage contracting processes such as new contracts, renewals, extensions, and terminations, ensuring alignment with company policies and verifying supporting documents. 3.Network Provider Performance & Quality Monitoring Monitor provider performance to ensure compliance with cost control; quality review and administrative guidelines. Identify areas for improvement and provide training for ongoing performance management. 4.Data Analytics & Management Verify data accuracy across daily and monthly reports to ensure high processing standards. Maintain the provider movement list for internal parties and clients. 5.Operations Management Collaborate closely with claims team and providers on payment processing efficiency. Execute effective communications with related teams and network providers. Adhere to KPIs, job duties, and departmental guidelines to maintain operational excellence. Qualifications: Around 2-3 years of experience in medical or health disciplines Bachelor degree required Background in healthcare insurance market or healthcare provider market or relevant transferable skills and knowledge Fluency in written and spoken English & Cantonese; proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage Good communication, negotiation skills and problem-solving skills Experience in project involvement is preferred Demonstrate high levels of integrity and trust About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
