Are you willing to join a challenging environment and dedicated team?NAOS, major international player in dermocosmetics, is looking for a Medical Communication Manager, in permanent position (French CDI) from 01/07/2026.Required:3-5 years' experience in a medical/scientific communication role in dermocosmetics or a related medical brandSkin pathology understanding & knowledgeA scientific background (PharmD, PhD…) would be a plusFluent/highly work proficient in both French and EnglishContextWithin the NAOS international Medical Team, you will report to the Head of Global Medical Communication.This position is based in Lyon (France). The missions pertain to both NAOS group and its 3 brands BIODERMA, Institut Esthederm and État Pur.Our team’s mission: Demonstrate and communicate the medical value of NAOS products to improve patients' quality of life and support healthcare professionals in their practice. Main activities (on assigned products & lines):Act as the medical communication reference for non-medical internal teams ensuring medical & scientific integrity across all touchpointsWith brands and global teams, build medical communication assets that will help promote NAOS solutions to healthcare professionals:During medical visitsAt international medical eventsOn digital platforms and international websitesIn therapeutic education materialsCoordinate and interact with dermatologists and external partners on content creationDevelop and distribute medical content across HCP digital platforms (gated portals, professional social media)Contribute to medical content localisation and adaptation for international marketsRepresent the company at medical events and participate in animating its medical community during international events (i.e. symposiums, dermatological congresses…)Promote actions that enable the team to get feedback from field teams from international marketsStay current with medical guidelines and clinical practice standards in dermatology (EDF, EADV, HAS…) to ensure content relevance and alignment with HCP practiceSkills & background:Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, English and medical/scientific languageProven success in producing medical/scientific contentScientific critical eye: Ability to understand and objectively review/interpret scientific dataTeamwork-minded: Strong interrelation skills and ability to work in a pivotal position with various teamsSolution oriented: ability to make your voice heard while striving to act in the projectExperience working in or with international teamsAutonomy, organisational skills and proactive attitude
