Monday - Friday - 6:30am - 3:00pm

As a Mower Operator at Serco, you'll play a vital role in maintaining high standards of turf and lawn care for the City of Melbourne. You'll work as part of a skilled team to ensure public spaces are safe, clean, and visually appealing. This is a hands-on, full-time role based in Melbourne with weekday hours.
As a Mower Operator, you'll make a positive impact by:
Carrying out mowing and brush cutting in line with contract specifications and schedules
Removing rubbish and debris before starting work to ensure clean and safe operations
Maintaining and operating plant, vehicles, and equipment in a safe and professional manner
Reporting equipment defects and completing accurate records for maintenance and compliance

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
A current driver's license
Working With Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
An understanding of turf machinery operations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
