Based in Grenoble and Dunkirk (France), we have recently started operations our Verkor Innovation Centre (R&D centre and 4.0 pilot line).


We now focus on building the world’s most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France). With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.  


In joining us you will actively participate in this breathtaking industrial adventure to shape the future of European mobility.


We are currently looking for our future Module Process Manager to join our Process Engineering team based in our gigafactory at Bourbourg, France.

 

As such, you will oversee the development of our module assembly processes, in the context of the lauching of our state-of-the-art gigafactory.\n


Missions :

  • Process equipment specification review, installation, improvement, ramp-up for the Module lines at Gigafactory scale
  • Meeting key targets for schedule and OEE for the module process performance
  • Collaborating closely with the customer and with machine suppliers
  • Process establishment) through DOE establishment and verification, PFMEA, control plan, etc.


    Prerequisites :

    • Master's degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics, or a related field.
    • More than 10 years of experience in the lithium-ion battery module field
    • Exposure to high-volume manufacturing of cells and modules for an automotive customer
    • Extensive experience in team management for an engineering group
    • Knowledge and operating experience of CAD software and data analysis software
