Minibar Attendant

Be a part of a Five Star Five Diamond luxury brand Work with a busy, fast paced environment Sick time per Chicago Sick policy Key Accountabilities: Responsible for all activites related to mini bar, which includes, organization, preparation, performing service as per standards set by the hotel Perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service for all guests Understand and accurately follow mini bar procedures as per standards and policies in place Ensure usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools, and service equipment Handle and organize all inventory required by Mini Bar. Observe and maintain daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in Mini Bar, public area, and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed. General Requirements: Previous experience with Shiji and Dometic Mini Bar systems.
