Responsibilities Ensure achievement of production targets as per the AOP and company quality , hygiene and food safety standards. 2. Productivity improvement and cost target. 3. Safety and regulation compliance. 4. Benchmark and transfer best practices/technology to the plant. 5. Develop an adaptive plant work culture and align people to it in a pay for performance culture. 6. Be a certified internal trainer for mandatory courses. 7. Embed a value-based culture and ensure flawless cross-functional, top-down and bottom-up communication. 8. Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate that maximizes employees’ morale and productivity. 9. Ensure compliance of statutory and local labor laws on employment terms, conditions and related issues. 10. Be responsible for leading whole plant team to fulfill Company’s AOP. 11. Be responsible for operating plant’s operation in terms of Company’s policy. 12. Be responsible for safety and regulation compliance. 13. Be responsible for company culture’s development. 14. Be responsible for plant organization/people’s development. 15. Achieve productivity, cost target, product quality. 16. For control owners, consistently execute the control activities that were designed to mitigate or minimize risks in your processes. Qualifications 1. Degree in Chemical/Engineering/Food Technology/Business administration and above. 2. At least 8-10 years of production experience in an FMCG/food/other manufacturing industry. 3. Experience of handing a large team. 4. Project implementation experience. 5. Working experience in multinational companies. 6. Production management knowledge. 7. Maintenance/Quality functions. 8. Logistical and warehousing management. 9. Development to commissioning of new projects. 10. Safety and Environment, delegation, people management, performance management. 11. Time management, delegation, people management, performance management. 12. Thirty party/supplier management, negotiation skills. 13. ISO system development and execution knowledge. 14. Coaching skill. 15. Building talents. 16. Business planning. 17. Organization development. 18. Budgeting and cost control. 19. Good communication skills. 20. Fluent in English listening, speaking and writing.
