Danone Business Services (DBS) APAC is a Finance Shared Service dedicated to delivering end-to-end service excellence across the region. Our mission is to be BEST IN CLASS by enhancing every touchpoint, driven by our unwavering commitment to quality and innovation for our Danoners, customers, and suppliers.The incumbent will manage vendor master data activities within the DBS operating model by executing end-to-end vendor data processes across ERP and procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Coupa), in alignment with OneBuy standards. This role ensures data accuracy, compliance, and service delivery performance, while supporting stabilisation, standardisation, and continuous improvement of master data operations.
Responsibilities :
Execute end-to-end vendor master data processes (creation, update, extension, blocking)
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined standards
Perform validation, enrichment, and regulatory checks
Manage requests through workflow tools within agreed SLAs
Monitor and resolve data quality issues, including root cause analysis
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, SOPs, and controls
Maintain documentation and audit trails for all data changes
Support audit requirements (internal and external)
Act as a point of contact for IDVM master-related queries
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Local Markets
Provide guidance on processes, policies, and tools (including Coupa)
Track and report KPIs (SLA, turnaround time, data quality)
Identify and drive process improvement opportunities
Support testing, training, and change management (OneBuy)
Support transition and stabilisation of IVMD within DBS
Contribute to standardisation and scaling of MDM services
Adapt to evolving scope across master data domains
About You
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of experience in Master Data, Shared Services, or operations
Experience in Vendor Master, Procurement (P2P), Supply Chain or Finance preferred
Understanding of vendor master data lifecycle
Experience with ERP (SAP preferred) and procurement tools (Coupa preferred)
Knowledge of data governance and quality practices
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in SLA-driven, high-volume environments, proactive, structured, and adaptable
Data accuracy and quality, audit compliance
Contribution to continuous improvement
