Overall Responsibilities

Own and lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Diabolocom’s customer users’ club and events, ensuring high-quality experiences that drive customer engagement, strengthen brand positioning, and deliver measurable business impact.

Act as a core member of the marketing team, contributing to broader marketing initiatives, campaign execution, and content development.


💪 Key Responsibilities

1. Club Utilisateur Strategy & Customer Events

Scope: Lead the development and execution of Diabolocom’s Club Utilisateur program and customer event strategy, in close collaboration with Customer Operations, Marketing, and Product teams, to strengthen customer relationships, increase retention, and drive advocacy.

Key aspects:

  • Develop and own the strategic vision for the Club Utilisateur program, aligning with business and customer success objectives

  • Drive increased customer NPS through high-value engagement programs and structured feedback loops

  • Define the annual roadmap, formats, and objectives for customer events and engagement initiatives

  • Plan and execute customer events end-to-end (Club Utilisateur sessions, webinars, product launches, executive events)

  • Collaborate with Product and CX teams to ensure content relevance and value for customers

  • Oversee development of customer-facing content, including presentations, use cases, and educational materials

  • Measure performance, analyze feedback, and continuously optimize program impact


    2. External Events – Trade Shows & Industry Conferences

    Scope: Assist the marketing team to plan and execute Diabolocom’s participation in key B2B trade shows and industry conferences globally, to increase visibility and generate qualified leads.

    Key aspects:

    • Plan and manage end-to-end execution of external events and trade shows

    • Own event budgets and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality

    • Coordinate with organizers, venues, booth builders, and service providers

    • Oversee production of booth visuals, signage, and event content assets


      3. Marketing Content & Campaign Support

      Scope: Contribute to the development of high-quality marketing content and assets that support event activation, campaigns, and broader brand initiatives.

      Key aspects:

      • Develop and produce a range of marketing content, including event-related materials, videos, ebooks, presentations, and campaign assets

      • Support integrated marketing campaigns by aligning event messaging with broader go-to-market strategies

      • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to translate insights into compelling content

      • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all marketing materials

      • Contribute to content planning that supports lead generation, customer engagement, and brand authority

        🔍 Required Skills

        • 4–5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on event management in a B2B environment

        • Experience in customer engagement programs such as user clubs, community management, or customer experience (CX) initiatives is highly valuable

        • Experience in engaging C-level and senior executives to build strong relationships

        • Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end with strong organizational and prioritization skills

        • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect events and community initiatives to business outcomes (engagement, pipeline, retention, NPS)

        • Strong communication and content development skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials

        • Proficiency in building high-impact presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides

        • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

        • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written); additional languages (Spanish, German) are a plus

        • Interest in the tech industry, particularly SaaS, AI, and customer experience solutions

        • Willingness to travel occasionally and collaborate across time zones
