Marketing Intern Internship

Working closely with the global Marketing Director and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and content across channels Help create materials (social media, presentations, internal comms) using AI-powered tools Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and reporting Collaborate on internal projects related to tech and AI adoption in marketing Contribute fresh ideas and help bring a critical, curious perspective to ongoing initiative Recently graduated (bachelor's or master's) in communication, marketing or management Enthusiastic and genuinely interested in learning more about tech and AI Comfortable using (or eager to learn) AI tools to support daily work Proficiency with Canva and social media platforms/tools (scheduling and content creation) Strong critical thinking — able to question, evaluate, and improve on ideas rather than just execute Good communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory) What we offer Hands-on mentorship and real project ownership from day one Exposure to how AI tools are applied in real marketing and business contexts A collaborative, global working environment The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
