Are you a recent graduate with a passion for the beauty industry, digital marketing, and retail? L'Oréal is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Graduate to support Redken Brand Activation team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our O+O strategy, assisting in the execution of brand activation plans across our B2C channels, including e-commerce and selective retail.
This is a unique opportunity to learn from the ground up, contributing to key projects and gaining invaluable experience within the world's leading beauty company. You will work closely with the Brand Activation Manager, helping to bring our brand strategies to life and ensure a seamless consumer journey at every touchpoint.

Your mission:
As a Graduate, you will be actively involved in various aspects of our team's mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
O+O Activation: Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of sell-out activation strategies, such as sampling campaigns, gift-with-purchase, and promotional activations.
Assist in the coordination of brand events and the optimization of our offline brand presence.
Support the roll-out of new store expansions and upgrades by assisting with project tracking and coordination.
Collaborate with agencies to brief, produce, and adapt engaging digital assets for online campaigns and local touchpoints.
Owned Media & Consumer Experience: Support the execution of CRM campaigns and lifecycle communication to nurture consumer loyalty and engagement.
Assist with website updates, content publishing, SEO & GEO, and landing page maintenance to ensure an engaging online brand experience.
Focus on the consumer journey and usability, ensuring smooth navigation and visual consistency across our digital touchpoints without requiring deep technical skills.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
Be a supportive voice for the channel and the brand internally, helping to communicate results and opportunities.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
You are…
Graduated with a Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication within a year
Passionate about or experienced within the beauty or FMCG industry.
An excellent communicator
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Highly organized, possessing strong skills in coordination, planning, prioritization, communication, and time management.
Detail-oriented with a structured and organized approach to your work.
Be able to handle several task simultaneously – we have a lot of project in the making at the same time
Be curious, creative and eager to learn
Nordic language is a must
