Marketing Coordinator, Mainland Europe

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, Mainland Europe

Purpose of the Role

The Marketing Coordinator, Mainland Europe supports the successful planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing initiatives across all Mainland European markets. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this junior-level role contributes to day-to-day marketing operations, campaign coordination, content localisation, and cross-functional project support.

The role is ideal for an organised, proactive, multilingual marketer with strong communication skills and a passion for design, brand storytelling, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Mainland Europe.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and workflows using tools such as Wrike.
  • Assist with the rollout of product launches, events, showroom activities, and cross-functional marketing projects
  • Consolidate inputs from regional Sales teams and other stakeholders to support campaign planning.

Content, Localisation & Asset Management

  • Localise marketing content, presentations, and email communications into French and English; Spanish preferred.
  • Ensure all campaign assets are stored, organised, and updated in internal systems.
  • Liaise with creative teams (internal or external) to support production of photo, video, and design assets.
  • Draft and edit marketing copy for various channels (social, email, product collateral), ensuring consistency with brand voice.

Digital & Social Media Support

  • Assist in managing the regional social media content calendar in collaboration with the global Social Marketing team.
  • Support the publication of content across platforms and monitor engagement metrics.
  • Prepare performance reports and identify trends that inform content optimisation.

Marketing Technology & Reporting

  • Support email marketing activity with Salesforce/Pardot (audience segmentation, campaign setup, reporting).
  • Track KPIs across campaigns and channels, contributing to regular reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support commercial and strategic initiatives.

Sales & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate with regional Sales teams to gather feedback, support requests, and local market insights.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, sales toolkits, and other enablement resources.
  • Help ensure alignment between regional needs and global marketing priorities.

Skills & Experience

Required

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships included).
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Fluency in French and English (written & spoken).
  • Competency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Interest in design, architecture, furniture, or premium brands.

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Additional European language(s) considered a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Sprinklr, or similar marketing platforms.
  • Experience with content creation (copywriting, basic graphic design, social media).
