What are your main responsibilities as a Human Resources Manager As the Human Resources Manager at Caption by Hyatt Kabutocho Tokyo, which opened in October 2025, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR, general affairs, and labor management functions. ・Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives ・Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and execution, and onboarding procedures ・Planning and delivering employee onboarding programs, training, and development initiatives ・Overseeing labor management activities, including attendance management, payroll-related processes, and social insurance administration ・Administering HR policies and programs while driving employee engagement initiatives ・Planning and organizing employee events and internal communication activities ・Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies ・Identifying and addressing labor and organizational issues through continuous improvement initiatives ・Fostering the unique culture of Caption by Hyatt Kabutocho Tokyo and creating a positive, inclusive work environment etc...
