Who We Are About your role What You'll Do Manage complete payroll cycle operations including processing, compliance, and benefits administration across the organization Coordinate with external payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery covering 2 manufacturing plants and headquarters Oversee and administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits packages Manage employee mobility and international relocation programs, ensuring compliance with local and global policies Lead global payroll integration projects and system implementations to optimize processes and enhance efficiency Drive implementation and management of SuccessFactors and other enterprise payroll systems for improved data accuracy and reporting Supervise and mentor 2 direct reports, providing guidance on payroll operations, compliance, and professional development Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, tax regulations, and international payroll standards Partnering with Business Partners and Finance for people cost annually and monitor monthly What's in it for you What You need to be successful 8-10 years of progressive experience in payroll management and administration Full-loop payroll experience including processing, compliance, reporting, and benefits administration Proven experience managing payroll operations for organizations with 1,000+ employees Strong proficiency in both Thai & English (written and verbal) Knowledge of Thai labor laws and payroll regulations Experience working with multinational corporations (MNC) or global organizations Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors or other enterprise HR information systems Experience leading payroll integration projects and system implementations Our DEI Commitment At Suntory, we recognize that diverse knowledge, perspectives, and backgrounds contribute to our collective success.
