Manager - IT Prioritization & End User Computing Architect

Manager - IT Prioritization & End User Computing Architect role will ensure shared IT application development resource is utilized in an efficient approach. Also, aligning end user access computing resource with KTAXA application roadmap Responsibilities: Work with IT prioritization committee to support organization’s strategic goals in an efficient manner Periodically review detailed records of IT resources effort in each request. Analyze IT resource utilization as a feedback loop for ITP process Anticipate related process changes and their impacts to ITP process Establish and maintain end user access to IT computing resource inventory Recertify end user access to IT computing resource inventory Work with solution architect to provide proper solution to access computing resource from end user Develop options related to end user computing for the implementation of new or improved business processes to facilitate long term improvement initiatives Investigate and make final recommendations on end user computing Anticipate on technological evolutions Delivering business solutions in accordance with customer requirements. Anticipating business needs and being proactive and taking unsolicited action to achieve business objectives *Remark: ITP is IT Prioritization Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. At least 5 years’ experience in Software, System Architecture Design preferably in the Financial services Industry Knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and application security standards. Proven experience in overseeing / vendor management the implementation of system solutions. Strong knowledge of Application Architecture and Database Design. Good Problem-solving skills with strong customer-service orientation. Strong verbal and written in English with good interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
