Responsibilities: The Manager, Finance Operations and Projects is responsible for supporting the implementation of new insurance products for Finance team, ensuring smooth integration into existing systems and processes. He/She actively identifies and resolves production issues related to finance systems and processes. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into requirement specifications for new products and system enhancement Develop, execute, and manage UAT test plans to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements Prepare detailed documentation, including test cases, process flows Resolve production issues of finance systems and processes Facilitate communication between IT team, Finance team, and business units to ensure clarity and alignment Work independently to prioritize tasks, manage deliverables, and resolve issues proactively. Support other finance projects Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field with a minimum of 5 years in insurance industry Experience of new insurance product implementation Knowledge of insurance product features and product accounting Experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect management Good documentation and writing skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
