Manager - Agency Business Partner

Job Description: Operate agency function, seminar in the Nort-East region for boost up the production volume and increase manpower target to achieve goals under budget Coordinate between agent and company in working smoothly and efficiency Operate activities to drive agency distribution channel increase case count and case size or productivity Collaborate with the agency team to develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and meet targets Provide support and guidance to agency partners to enhance their sales and business development capabilities Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and development Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agency partners to drive continuous improvement Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure seamless support and service delivery to agency partners.
