Typically:•Applies a proven understanding of the assigned part of the technical support and systems, as well as interfaces with related areas, to provide technical support in handling specific queries, data verification and also assisting in information gathering.•Handles more complex tasks and patterned activities. Deals with a variety of unambiguous questions, checks correctness of data and adjusts with several sources of information within business supported.•Works within well-defined and standardized procedures and practices and is supervised on progress and results by manager.
