Sous la responsabilité du Chef d’équipe Maintenance, le Technicien de Maintenance maintient les équipements et les bâtiments de l’usine dans le meilleur état pour en assurer la disponibilité.
Description du poste:
- Intervient sur les équipements en respectant les priorités fixées par le Chef d’équipe Maintenance
- Répare les pannes et les dysfonctionnements : Intervient sur un équipement en panne afin de limiter au maximum les interruptions sur la chaîne de production.
- Effectue des opérations préventives en respectant scrupuleusement les fiches d’intervention qui y sont associées.
- Est amené à épauler et contrôler une entreprise extérieure en intervention.
- Gère l’intervention seul ou avec ses collègues, selon les compétences et les moyens demandés par l’intervention.
- Connait et respecte les règles de sécurité applicables (consignation)
- Enregistre les opérations sur le logiciel GMAO (y compris les mouvements de stock pièces détachées).
- Participe et/ou pilote des groupes de projet d’amélioration (5S, MOC, etc.)
Le poste pourra comprendre des missions dont l’objet déborde du périmètre strict des tâches listées.
Compétences requises
- Electricien – titulaire des habilitations électriques BT-B2V/B2V /BR/BC - Chargé de consignation
- Avoir des connaissances mécaniques de bases, lecture de plan, soudures
- Connaitre les basiques en hydraulique et pneumatique
- Appliquer les politiques et procédures en vigueur dans l’entreprise
(Environnement, Sécurité, Qualité, RH, Gestion)
- Travailler seul et/ou en équipe pluridisciplinaire
- Connaitre les outils bureautiques standards (Outlook, Excel, GMAO)
Aptitudes et attitudes humaines
- Ne jamais faire aucun compromis sur l’application des règles et consignes de sécurité
- Organisé et rigoureux afin d’éviter au maximum les interruptions de production
- Capacité d’analyse et de diagnostic
- Communique avec le Chef d’équipe production notamment pour les phases d’arrêt, de test et de remise à disposition de l’équipement.
