Duties and responsibilities related to the Luggage Porter role · Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression of the hotel. · Assist guests with their luggage during arrival, departure, and throughout their stay. · Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. · Arrange transportation and assist guests with taxi bookings when required. · Support guests with parking arrangements and directions. · Ensure the hotel entrance, driveway, and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. · Open doors and provide assistance to guests entering and leaving the hotel. · Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience. About you We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Luggage Porter. Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality role is advantageous, although full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. A good knowledge of the local area and the ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, would be beneficial.
