Linen Attendant

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and service-driven individual to oversee uniform and staff laundry operations while ensuring exceptional service standards and compliance with Peninsula procedures. The role is responsible for managing inventory controls, record-keeping, quality inspections, and the timely processing and distribution of uniforms and staff laundry. Key Accountabilities Deliver professional and courteous service by maintaining Peninsula grooming standards, proper telephone etiquette, and timely follow-up on requests. Manage uniform and laundry operations, including RFID inventory controls, record-keeping, quality checks, stain removal, and compliance with safety and chemical handling standards. Monitor laundry quality and equipment performance, reporting issues promptly and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Coordinate engineering requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper documentation of lost and found items in compliance with procedures. Ensure the timely collection, processing, alteration, and distribution of uniforms and staff laundry while adhering to Peninsula standards and handling garments with care. General Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or similar hospitality environment. Proven experience in laundry, linen, and uniform operations management. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
