You will be responsible for delivering exceptional and consistent service to guests while ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment in and around the pool area. As a Lifeguard, you will safeguard the well-being of guests by maintaining high standards of safety and security, overseeing the smooth operation of pool activities, and ensuring that the pool facilities and related equipment are properly maintained and in excellent working condition. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional and consistent service to guests while ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment in and around the pool area. As a Lifeguard, you will safeguard the well-being of guests by maintaining high standards of safety and security, overseeing the smooth operation of pool activities, and ensuring that the pool facilities and related equipment are properly maintained and in excellent working condition. Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia. Bronze Medallion and First Aid certifications are preferred and will be considered an added advantage. Minimum 2 years of work experience as a lifeguard, preferably in a luxury or hotel setting. Professional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities.
