Description and Requirements We are looking for a strong individual contributor who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can navigate ambiguity with confidence. As the hiring manager and broader 4P team are based outside Egypt, success in this role requires a self-motivated professional who can work independently, build strong stakeholder relationships, drive execution, and consistently deliver business and financial results. In this role, you will: Act as a co-P&L owner for the Consumer business across the LENA region. Develop and execute product strategies across PCs, Tablets, Visuals, and Consumer Accessories. Drive business performance and support delivery of financial targets. Serve as the product champion for the region, ensuring sales teams clearly understand product positioning and strategy. Influence stakeholders and sales teams to drive execution and business results. Work closely with headquarters and regional teams to align on strategic and financial objectives. Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and solutions to support business growth. Utilize Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for business analysis, reporting, and decision-making. What We’re Looking For 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, 4P, or similar commercial roles. Demonstrated P&L ownership or accountability with a consistent track record of delivering business results. Strong product and portfolio management expertise. Excellent financial and business analysis capabilities. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. AI literacy and the ability to leverage AI tools in today's business environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
