6-months full time internship, starting in July 2026, based in Paris.
The trainee will be integrated into the Legal Department of Vestiaire Collective SA, which manages the activities of all its subsidiaries, around the world
What you'll do :
Perform legal research and analysis on various issues (intellectual property, anti-counterfeiting, consumer law, commercial law, transport, insurance, etc.);
Monitoring of legal and jurisprudential developments that may impact the activity of Vestiaire Collective (AI Act, Digital Services Act, Consumer laws, etc.);
Draft and negotiation contracts of all kinds (NDAs; Services agreements, SaaS, Commercial contracts (Partnerships, Influencers, Freelancers), Rights ‘Assignment, etc.);
Management and monitoring of Trademarks and Domain Names;
Management of different sets of Terms and Conditions (C2C, B2C, VIP, Games & Offers);
Ensuring the follow up of pre-litigations and litigations;
Assistance with the various administrative tasks of the Legal Department.
Who you are :
You are a postgraduate student in IP/IT, Business Law or International Law (Master 2 and/or DJCE) and you are currently an “EFB” or “HEDAC” student.
Excellent written and oral skills.
Fluent in English, written and spoken, imperative.
Mastery of the Pack Office and legal databases.
First experience in a company or law firm is desirable.
Ability to deliver effective work, meet deadlines and manage complex projects in an international fast-paced environment.
You are adaptable, dynamic, rigorous, analytical, autonomous and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are also able to exercise discretion.
Internship agreement required.
