Position Overview The Key Account Manager France will play a pivotal role in launching and accelerating ZURU’s Consumer Goods business in the French market. Owning the commercial strategy and execution with key French retail partners, this role carries full P&L responsibility and is accountable for driving sustainable sales growth, profitability, and brand presence across Beauty, Personal Care, and adjacent categories. As ZURU’s main point of contact for French retail customers, the KAM will lead negotiations, develop joint business plans, and act as a category growth partner with an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset. Position Impact Short-term impact: • Successfully onboard and develop priority French retail accounts, ensuring strong launches, distribution gains, and promotional execution. • Establish ZURU as a credible, high-performing partner through excellent execution, availability, and commercial discipline. Long-term impact: • Build long-term, strategic partnerships with French retailers based on data, insight, and mutual value creation. • Contribute to ZURU’s ambition to become a category leader in France by shaping innovation roadmaps, strengthening brand equity, and delivering sustainable profitable growth.\n \n
