General Information Location: Brussels Dates: January and for a duration of 6 months About Puig Puig creates unique and highly desirable beauty and fashion brands that empower people to reinforce their self-esteem and find their own expression, in a family company that aims to leave a better world for the next generation. Reporting to the Key Account Manager Niche, you will support the Puig Benelux team day-to-day activities for our major Niche brands – Byredo, Penhaligon’s, L’Artisan Parfumeur and Dries Van Noten for the major retailers in the Benelux. Missions:  Support in preparing meetings with retailers (business reviews, presentations of our launches, etc.) and participation in some of these meetings. Monitoring assortment management and optimization (new launches, delistings and repacks) in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams. Responsible for out-of-stock follow-up. Coordinating product launches, including timelines, assets delivery and performance analysis. Control and follow-up on the compliance with agreed trade terms with retailers: merchandising, visibility, growth targets, etc. Managing order follow-up and report to the internal stakeholders. Support the KAM in the day-to-day management of key retail accounts. Prepare 2027 working files (internal and external). Competitors’ best practices follow-up. Your profile Experience: You have a first experience in a commercial role, ideally within the Beauty sector Education: You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5), preferably from a business school Languages: French and English are required; Spanish is a plus Skills: You have a strong interest in the fragrance industry and a solid affinity for premium brands. You enjoy teamwork, particularly in cross-functional environments, and are well-organized with strong interpersonal skills. You are attentive to the implementation and improvement of internal processes. You are proficient in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. You are open-minded, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a demanding environment.
