YOUR responsibilities as a Key Account Manager will include (but not limited to):
Establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with Modern Trade customers at the national level
Understand customer strategies, needs, and opportunities to create strong links between Danone and customer goals
Conduct regular business meetings and negotiations to foster trust and long-term collaboration
Develop and execute yearly retailer strategy and action plans to reach sales targets
Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and contractual agreements in line with company objectives
Plan and execute yearly promotional plans in alignment with PRGM inputs
Analyze sell-out data and market insights to identify business opportunities and risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction
About You
We are looking for a Key Account Manager with the following profile:
University (Bachelor’s or Master’s) degree in Business or Economics
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry (must-have)
Experience with fresh product categories is a strong advantage
Proven track record in independently managing annual negotiations with retail partners
Strong analytical mindset , enjoys working with data and identifying actionable insights
Confident Excel user with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proactive and result-driven personality with a strategic mindset
Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
Valid Category B driving license
