If you need more than our great company culture, you should keep in mind the opportunity to Fastly develop, learn, and grow within our organization Work in a dynamic and inspiring environment Be part of a flexible way of working which is part of our culture (compulsory: 2 days office days/week) Have a private health insurance service (Medicare) Enjoy our Employee Assistance Program Get an extra day off for your birthday Benefit from discounted employee product offers LinkedIn Learning access for your continuous development Access to All You Can Move and Life1 Gym discounts Receive an annual bonus based on performance YOUR responsibilities as a Junior Legal & Compliance Specialist (but not limited to): Providing practical, solution-oriented legal advice to business stakeholders across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters Providing legal research and acting as an internal legal expert on consumer, marketing, competition, and general commercial law matters relevant to Danone's business Monitoring legislative developments affecting the business and providing relevant updates to ensure compliance with applicable laws Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and supporting contract management and record keeping Identifying, assessing, and mitigating local legal risks while considering business needs Supporting dispute resolution and coordinating interactions with external legal counsel Acting as the main point of contact for local compliance matters in Hungary, including Healthcare Systems, integrity, data privacy, and antitrust matters Supporting the implementation of Danone's compliance program in cooperation with regional and global compliance teams Building and maintaining employees' compliance awareness through local compliance trainings and communications Acting as the local internal Compliance Officer in Hungary, including reviewing and approving Healthcare Systems materials and activities Contributing to regional legal and compliance projects and collaborating with colleagues across the Danone legal and compliance community Supporting internal audits and risk assessments and identifying potential legal and compliance vulnerabilities together with business stakeholders Coordinating local external counsels and managing relationships within approved mandates and budgets Ensuring proper maintenance of legal and compliance records and documentation About You We are looking for a Junior Legal & Compliance Specialist with the following profile: University degree in law Minimum 1-2 years of full-time professional experience in Legal and/or Compliance Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law, with an interest in consumer, marketing, competition, data privacy, and/or healthcare-related matters Fluency in English and Hungarian Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Ability to provide practical and business-oriented legal advice Independent, autonomous, and disciplined approach to work Excellent communication skills and ability to build trustworthy relationships with stakeholders at different levels Team player who works proactively and flexibly Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Open-minded and motivated to learn and contribute to a dynamic, international environment About Us, We offer and What's next Danone’s mission is bringing health through food to as many people as possible and we want to invite people to join the movement for a healthier world.
