Short Intro and About the Job Role : The Junior Learning Manager contributes to the design, deployment, and optimisation of Learning & Development initiatives to build workforce capabilities and support business priorities. The role promotes a culture of continuous learning through digital and data-driven approaches. Key Responsibilities Learning Program Design & Deployment Contribute to the design and rollout of training programs (classroom, digital, blended) Coordinate training logistics and execution Adapt learning content to business needs Digital Learning & Innovation Promote digital learning platforms (Campus X, EdCast, Linkedin Learning, Coursera) Support digitalization of learning journeys Explore new learning technologies and tools Learning Journey, Data & Reporting Follow up of the Learning Journeys Data Accuracy in Reporting Providers Follow-up (Purchase Orders, Invoices, …) About You Profile & Qualifications Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Business or related field 1–3 years’ experience in HR or Learning & Development Fluent in English (mandatory) Digital savvy with strong interest in learning technologies Strong organizational and coordination skills Data-driven mindset Strong communication & stakeholder management About Us, We offer and What's next At Danone, we guarantee that you can simply be yourself.
