Join the Markets division of the London Stock Exchange Group as a Junior FX Relationship Manager. This is a great opportunity for a motivated self‑starter with a strong interest in financial markets to join our FX Account Management team. You’ll help develop and deepen relationships with leading clients across France, French‑speaking Switzerland, and Belgium, working closely with Sales and Technology to drive adoption, onboarding, and measurable business outcomes.

About the Role

Based in Paris, you will work within our FX Account Management team focusing on managing relationships with Tier 1 clients in France, French speaking Switzerland and Belgium and helping drive business growth. You will work closely with Account Managers, Sales and Technology teams, contributing to client onboarding, product adoption and day-to-day account support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing Tier 1 client portfolios across France, French speaking Switzerland and Belgium (including Asset Managers, Corporates, and Banks).
  • Support the Senior FX Account Manager in client engagement and business development activities.
  • Help analyse client needs and contribute to tailored FX solutions.
  • Participate in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and follow up on business opportunities.
  • Contribute to client projects and product enhancement initiatives.
  • Participate and co-organize country/industry events

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years professional experience, preferably in the financial industry (Corporate Treasury, Sales, Relationship management, Markets, or similar).
  • Strong academic background in financial markets; FX knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Native in French and proficient in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Familiarity with financial tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, organised, and client-focused with strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, IT-affinity, as well as analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential

Education:

  • Grande École business school – Finance major
  • Master’s or equivalent experience in Finance / Capital Markets / Financial Markets
  • Master’s or equivalent experience in International Business / Corporate Finance
  • University Master 2 in Finance / Banking / Market Finance
