The Assistant Brand Manager CSD is part of the brand marketing team for CSD in Germany. The position supports project and own projects streams along the marketing funnel from artwork creation to social media strategy & execution. The ABM has a very good understanding of market, category and competition while screening the landscape of competitive action. The ABM works closely with the SBM in the team and reports directly to the Marketing Manager CSD. Responsibilities Development and execution of marketing initiatives across all relevant touchpoints for PepsiCo CSD brands (Pepsi Zero, Schwip Schwap and 7Up) in Germany, including performance evaluation. Independently lead and execute selected Must-Win priorities. Conduct market analyses and derive insights to identify consumer-relevant innovations and growth strategies. Support the development of future marketing plans for the upcoming year. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade & Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams. Responsibility for budget control. Reporting line to the Marketing Manager CSD Germany. Qualifications University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and/or Marketing. Initial professional experience in FMCG marketing. Fluent business English, written and spoken. Strong team player with the ability to take a leadership role in cross-functional teams. High level of ownership, proactivity and independence. Strong entrepreneurial mindset, able to identify key business drivers and translate strategies into effective action plans. Strong analytical thinking, with a results- and solution-oriented approach.
