Job Description Vender los productos de la oferta comercial de Industriales, tomando pedidos, dando seguimiento a su entrega con Clientes. Cumplir las rutas de visitas en las plazas p/impulsar su promoción, identificar necesidades, monitorear precios y servicios de entrega. Main Responsibilities • El cumplimiento del pronóstico de ventas (volúmenes y precios) y cartera. • Seguimiento de visitas/llamadas a Clientes: promociones de la oferta, n. servicio y necesidades (obras en negociación y ganadas) • Seguimiento y cotizacionesy pedidos realizados por los Clientes (ganar/incrementar ventas) • Comunicación y actualización de precios, condiciones comerciales a Clientes (monitoreo) • Validar la existencia de productos en bodega (niveles y chequeo competencia) • Los niveles de servicio en entregas de pedidos (cantidad, calidad y tiempo) • El seguimiento proceso de facturación a Clientes Position Challenges • Promover la oferta de valor y cierre de ventas con Clientes • Ampliar la cobertura de la operación comercial con los Clientes • Identificar oportunidad en el mercado que mejoren ventas (propuestas de Mkt) • Seguimiento a obras en negociación Qualifications Escolaridad: • Licenciatura o Ingeniería afín • Empuje para conseguir resultados • Facilidad de palabra • Conocimiento en materiales de la construcción • Admon. de procesos Experiencia requerida: • Ventas a mayoreo, menudeo, en mostrador o autoservicio • Amplio conocimiento y gusto por la apertura de mercados (Prospección) • Servicio post-venta Conocimiento requerido: • Excel intermedio • Power Point: Intermedio Competencias críticas: • Enfoque en el cliente • Enfoque en resultados • Agilidad de respuesta • Integridad y confianza • Resolución de problemas • Gestión de información • Desarrollo de alianzas • Empuje / Proactividad Internal/External Relations Internas: • Gerente de Plaza • Asesor Comercial • Adlog • Cartera CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement En CEMEX, reconocemos la diversidad del mundo en el que vivimos y en el que hacemos negocios.
