Name of the Project: Product Deployment Intern
Vice Presidency: Digital & Organization Development
Region: Central
Intern’s Location (Office): Campus CX
Eligible Semester(s): 5th - 8th semester
Careers of Interest: Engineering (ideal Mechatronic Engineer, electronics, mechanics, electrician, or mechanical administrator)
Schedule Availability: Between 25 and 30 hours per week
Period of Stay at CEMEX: 6 months, with the option of renewal

Project Objective
Ensure the deployment of Arkik's Ready Mix Suite offering from prospecting support to solution implementation and operational continuity using Arkik's Ready Mix Suite.
Challenges for the Students
Support the investigation of possible causes that lead to claims by the final consumer.
Provide technical advice to the client on possible physical adjustments to the plant to increase productivity.
Telephone advice without internet network connection
Solve failures that cause downtime
Provide advice to personnel in failures that are not typical of the automatic system.
Telephone advice to a desperate client
Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out
Technical evaluation of the plant
Validate the physical-electromechanical conditions of the plant "Revision of dosing plants" prior to the implementation of Arkik with a client.
Support Level 2: Specialized support services directly related to plant control exercised by Arkik Batch; Example: "Automatism failure", "System errors", incorporation of a new plant element as an additive, failures in scales, calibrations, etc.
Guide the client to fix failures of the electromechanical part of the plant
Manage the stock of Arkik deployment team
Management and preparation of the hardware that will be assigned to the client in bailment or sale. (Upload of Master Data, Arkik control panel settings, Computer configuration.)
Physical monitoring of Arkik's stabilization after implementation.
Scheduling annual visits to clients with Arkik.
Customer facilities
Validate the use of Arkik advising the client.
Provide support on report management, best practices, configurations, etc.
Maintenance Cloud Services
Monitoring of plant performance with Arkik Ready Mix Suite
Carry out constant monitoring of the weighing tolerance indicators and manufacturing times.
Specific Requirements / Qualifications
General:
Engineering (ideal Mechatronic Engineer, electronics, mechanics, electrician, or mechanical administrator)
Ability to work in both operational and administrative areas.
Leadership. • Ability to relate to different people.
Ability to provide remote support (phone and WEB)
Required Experience:
Involvement in automation projects
Required knowledge:
Interpretation of electrical diagrams
Knowledge of basic level of electricity
Knowledge of basic level of electronics
Knowledge of basic level of mechanical and pneumatic engineering.
Knowledge: at least basic level of systems based on PLC's
Interpretation of ladder diagrams
