Name of the Project: OHR Planning and ETHOS Intern Vice Presidency: Organization and Human Resources Region: Central Intern’s Location (Office): Margain Offices Eligible Semester(s): 7th - 10th semester Careers of Interest: Bachelor's degree in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Schedule Availability: Between 25 and 30 hours per week Period of Stay at CEMEX: 6 months, with the option of renewal Tentative Start Date: August 16 2026 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Project Objective Support OHR Planning and ETHOS Processes. Challenges for the Students Support global HR and Ethics initiatives involving multiple regions and stakeholder groups. Manage and analyze large datasets while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Translate business needs into reports, presentations, and actionable insights. Gain understanding of how Talent Planning and Ethics support business strategy. Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out Consolidate and update organizational structures, participants lists and talent databases Assist in the development of presentations and materials for executive meetings Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate information Support with Ethos databases and communication campaigns. Support team with administrative tasks Specific Requirements / Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical and organizational skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Experience with Microsoft 365 tools is a plus Skills Presentation design and storytelling. Attention to detail and data accuracy. Continuous improvement mindset. Proactive, team player, self-directed, self-learner
