Job Description
Generate, consolidate, analyze, and communicate financial information for CEMEX at a global level, ensuring the quality, consistency, and timeliness of key performance indicators used by senior management for decision-making. Active contribution to the continuous improvement of financial reporting processes, implementation of analytical tools, and alignment of reporting criteria across regional and corporate teams
Main Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor consolidated financial and operational KPIs, including Sales, EBITDA, EBIT, Net Income, Free Cash Flow, ROIC, Working Capital, and other strategic indicators.
Prepare monthly and quarterly executive reports and presentations for Senior Management, the Executive Committee, and other corporate stakeholders.
Coordinate with regional and local teams to validate financial and operational information and ensure consistency in the global reporting process.
Analyze variances, trends, and extraordinary events impacting the company’s financial performance.
Support process improvement initiatives, reporting automation efforts, and the development of analytical tools and dashboards.
Participate in corporate projects related to financial information systems and data governance.
Ensure compliance with corporate reporting guidelines, definitions, and standards.

Qualifications
Background
Accounting or Finance bachelor’s degrees.
Desirable master’s degree in business
5 Years of experience, Controllership or Financial Planning related experience is a plus

Understanding of financial statements.
Financial and operational performance analysis.
Data management and modeling.
Advanced Excel skills.
Power BI and data visualization tools.
Financial information and reporting systems.
Advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams.
