We are searching for enthusiastic, passionate technologists to join our team. More precisely LCH SA – IT infrastructure department is looking for an experienced Technician level 2, with solid experience in IT environments, tools and technologies, and good multi-functional understanding of financial topics to lead & drive a local desktop support team and providing technical assistance to all employees of LCH SA including especially VIP users.

As part of the role, they perform specific operational tasks around desktop support for delivery and recovery supporting day-to-day operation support. They will also provide hands-on solutions on queries for changes or recovery efforts responsible for dealing with critical issues as per service levels and documentation.

They will take an active part in technical exchanges with team members during incident or solution definition, including providing technical expertise, logs, or evidence during major service incidents and problem management.

This role follows ITSM processes and overall execution framework to maintain SLA and SLO.

OBJECTIVES

  • VIP Support:
  • Deliver personalized assistance to VIP users during strategic events (executive meetings, town halls, strategic committees). Ensure smooth and uninterrupted experience for VIPs (equipment preparation, real-time monitoring).
  • Level 2 Support:
    • Diagnosing and resolving complex incidents (hardware, software, network) via ITSM tools, applying priority handling
    • Handle technical escalations and ensure service continuity.
    • Ensure clear communication, follow-up, and closure for all tickets.
    • Ensure adherence to technical procedures. Maintain traceability of interventions and update knowledge bases.
  • End-User Computing & Lifecycle Management: Manage onboarding, device refreshing, and replacements. Maintain accurate asset and configuration records and ensure devices are always compliant and up to date.
  • Project support & EUC initiatives:
  • Contribution to end user computing projects such as devices refresh program, Operating System upgrades and meeting rooms deployment.

Functional & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Windows OS Client and MacOS.
  • Expertise in Active Directory, Intune, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, VLAN, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Management of peripherals (routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points).
  • Expertise in collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, AV systems.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Fluent in English both written and verbal.
  • Strong sense of service and confidentiality, and significant experience on managing VIPs.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage critical situations.
  • Team spirit, pedagogy, and clear communication.
