Overview
Responsible for facilitating work of a cross-functional, self-organizing, collaborative team using the product delivery Scrum framework to deliver value and address problems within digital product development. Leads development efforts of the delivery team, outlining and prioritizing work based on business value. Facilitates scrum events and guides team through execution of Scrum practices. Coaches the team to understand the Scrum framework and practices. Liaises with stakeholders to ensure all dependencies are included in the release. Identifies methods to improve the organization's understanding/knowledge of Agile and drives adoption of the Agile framework across the organization. Drives consistency in how digital products are managed and simplifies the ways of working by streamlining and eliminating excess process. Monitors adherence to requirements, budgets, schedules, and work plans. Develops simple mechanisms for auditing product delivery and goal progress. Delivers new features and system improvements. Drives consistency in how product delivery is managed. Sets measurable goals and KPIs, factoring the end consumer/user in everything we do. Evaluates approach to sprint planning, how stories are estimated, and tracked. Attends retrospectives and post-mortem reviews. Audits application backlogs.
Overview
Performs tasks and contributes to processes/project components for the Agile/Scrum Management area under moderate supervision, ensuring work is aligned to organizational standards, escalating problems and roadblocks as they occur. Responsible for facilitating work of a cross-functional, self-organizing, collaborative team using the product delivery Scrum framework to deliver value and address problems within digital product development.
Responsibilities
This job works under moderate supervision to accomplish key tasks for the Agile/Scrum Management area, following best practices and techniques in order to meet organizational standards of excellence.
Attends daily stand-ups and actively participates by sharing updates on assigned tasks.
Assists in documenting user stories and acceptance criteria for backlog items.
Supports the team in organizing and maintaining the product backlog.
Participates in retrospectives by providing feedback on team processes and dynamics.
Conducts basic audits of application backlogs to ensure tasks are up-to-date and accurately prioritized.
Applies deep understanding of area processes to employ area best practices and methods that align with the overall functional and business strategy, supporting team members on solutions, execution and delivery.
