They are responsible for building, structuring, and managing the studio’s IT team. They oversee the design, organization, monitoring, and deployment of the company’s IT and systems infrastructure, in alignment with head office strategy, ensuring performance, optimization, and operational continuity. They are also responsible for managing the organization’s IT solution needs (hardware and software).Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, lead, and develop the local IT teamSupport, maintain, and contribute to the improvement and security of the Paris studio’s infrastructureOversee installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of all technical and IT equipmentManage relationships with external vendorsOversee procurement of infrastructure and required licensesProvide first-line diagnostics and respond to user requests to resolve hardware and software issuesLead and manage onboarding processes from an IT perspective to meet the needs of new employees and departmentsMaintain and update inventory of physical equipment and software licenses (on-prem and cloud-based)Participate in studio-wide restructuring initiatives, networking, and equipment relocationMonitor and stay up to date with technological developmentsProvide support to the parent company as neededQualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in ITBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science or a related fieldProven team management experience (minimum 3 years), with the ability to coach and support team members and enhance cross-department communicationStrong verbal and written communication skills in both French and EnglishStrong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, resourcefulness, results-oriented mindset, and initiativeExperience supporting managers and fostering effective communication across departmentsAdaptability and ability to manage changing priorities and new responsibilitiesHigh level of autonomy and ability to make sound decisions independentlyStrong sense of discretion and confidentialityInformations supplémentaires#LI-OnsiteDiversité : Chez Rodeo FX, la diversité est une valeur fondamentale.
