Background:

London Clearing House SAis the Paris‑based clearing house of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), operating as a critical market‑infrastructure entity within Europe’s financial system. As part of LSEG’s Post‑Trade division, LCH SA plays a central role in ensuring the stability, safety, and efficiency of financial markets by providing clearing, risk management, and collateral services across multiple asset classes. The objective of this internship is to provide critical support to Business Management within Engineering team in two areas: (1) preparation of the 2027 budgets by consolidating financial data, preparing analytical materials, and considering key assumptions, and (2) enhancing the organisation’s record‑keeping compliance by coordinating document collection, organising structured migration folders, and validating materials for upload into the M‑Files recordkeeping platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Budget Preparation Support

  • Contribute to the consolidation of Capex, Opex, Run budgets.
  • Support data collection from IT managers, vendors and finance business partners.
  • Prepare draft budget artefacts: summary tables, financial slides, variances, and justifications.
  • Assist in considering assumptions based on previous spend trend, forecast‑to‑complete (FTC), contract renewals and cost drivers.

2. Document Collection & Migration to Recordkeeping tool (M-Files)

  • Support the migration of documents to recordkeeping tool, M‑Files, aligned with the ongoing record‑keeping exercise.
  • Work with collaborators to acquire required documents.
  • Classify documents by record name/category and maintain structured migration folders.
  • Validate completeness and accuracy prior to migration

Expected skill-set :

  • Good level of English in speaking & writing.
  • Comfortable with MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Curiosity about AI tools for optimisation is a plus
