As an IT Asset & EUC Support Officer, you’ll provide responsive End User Computing support while managing the operational lifecycle of IT assets across Serco ASPAC. Working with our DTS team and business stakeholders, you’ll help deliver reliable, secure and customer-focused technology services. You’ll also contribute to effective asset governance, reporting and continuous improvement.
As an IT Asset & EUC Support Officer in the EUC team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
Providing first and second level support for EUC, Modern Workplace technologies, incidents and requests
Managing incidents and service requests from logging through to resolution
Supporting the deployment, configuration, maintenance and refresh of end-user devices
Maintaining accurate IT asset records, inventories, allocations, recoveries and disposals
Coordinating device fulfilment, asset requests and lifecycle activities
Monitoring support queues and meeting service levels and customer expectations.

You could be a great fit if you have:
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and EUC environments
Knowledge of Intune, SCCM, OneDrive, SharePoint and Azure
Strong desktop troubleshooting and workplace technology skills
Experience managing IT assets, device inventories and lifecycle activities
Experience using ServiceNow or another IT service management platform
2–3 years’ experience in IT Support, EUC or Asset Management, or equivalent experience
ITIL and Reporting skills are beneficial
To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen so that we can obtain the required Baseline Defence Security Clearance for you.
