About the Unit Yara is looking for a highly organized, proactive and trusted professional to join our Corporate Finance team in a combined role as Investor Relations Assistant and Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a varied and highly visible position, offering the opportunity to work closely with Yara's Investor Relations team, the CFO and senior leaders across the organization. You will combine executive support with coordination of key Investor Relations activities, corporate events and reporting processes. The role reports to the Head of Investor Relations, where the majority of the position is anchored. Responsibilities Investor Relations Assistant Coordinate key activities related to Yara's quarterly reporting, stock exchange announcements and external publications Support the planning and delivery of Investor Relations activities, including Capital Markets Days, roadshows, investor meetings and site visits Coordinate the practical preparation and delivery of Yara's Annual General Meeting, including timelines, logistics, documentation and website updates Maintain Investor Relations documentation and support relevant governance, compliance and shareholder-related processes Executive Assistant to the CFO Manage the CFO's calendar, priorities, meetings and travel arrangements, ensuring effective planning and coordination Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership events, town halls and other key Finance activities Support day-to-day administrative and financial processes, including expenses, invoices, procurement, vendors and budget-related activities Profile Relevant experience from executive support, administration, coordination or a similar role, preferably in an international or corporate environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan, prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously Confident working with digital tools, systems and web-based platforms, with an interest in learning new tools and processes High level of discretion and sound judgement, combined with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across different levels of an organization Additional Information This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of executive support, Investor Relations and corporate governance, with close exposure to Yara's senior leadership and capital markets activities.
