Le poste en détail
Operations is the beating heart of Amazon. This key part of our business makes sure we fulfil and dispatch orders efficiently so that our customers get their items on time. We're seeking an efficient and curious ICQA Manager to take full ownership of our fulfillment center's Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) department. Our fulfillment centers are fast-paced, high-reward environments where adherence to policies and procedures is key — and where the right type of leader ensures we deliver reliably to our customers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
As an ICQA Manager, you'll make sure your area runs smoothly so we can meet our goals. You will lead a team that keeps our operations safe, efficient, and of the highest quality, while taking on projects across our network to drive productivity. We are looking for someone who embodies Learn and Be Curious — a leader who is never done learning, seeks to improve themselves and their team, explores new possibilities, and acts to discover innovative solutions.
Key job responsibilities
Lead and manage the full ICQA department — including Shift Manager, Operations Lead, Process Assistants, and associates — ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across the fulfillment center. Drive inventory strategies and execution to achieve department goals.
Own the FC quality strategy in partnership with the Site Leader, delivering results across IRDR, Gross Adjustments, Dwelling Inventory, and Concessions metrics. Lead root cause deep dives holding Inbound and Outbound teams accountable for defect injection.
Manage safety compliance (RIR, SIR, LTR), implement PXT programs and develop team members through structured 1:1s and Career Growth Actions. Cultivate a culture of ownership, excellence, and intellectual curiosity — encouraging the team to continuously seek new knowledge and better ways of working.
Analyze complex data to generate actionable insights, collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, and contribute to Network-level Vertical Projects. Proactively explore new tools, methodologies, and best practices, embodying Learn and Be Curious in every aspect of the role.
About the team
Our Inventory Control team is the beating heart of Amazon's Operations. We are a diverse and dynamic team, made up of professionals who are passionate about logistics and innovation. - Close collaboration with other operational teams
- Working with innovative inventory management technology solutions
- Frequent opportunities for learning and professional development
A strong emphasis on Learn and Be Curious — we value leaders who actively seek new knowledge, experiment with new approaches, and inspire their teams to do the same.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Employee and performance management experience
