This internship (6 months) will take place in our French Headquarter s in Rueil‑Malmaison , within the Global IT & Data – Commercial / CRM & Data Team , starting from September .
⚠️ This is not a full‑time job opening . The role is designed as a learning‑first experience , with real missions, concrete outcomes, and strong mentorship.
Your missions at Danone
We are looking for a Martech‑oriented Data Analyst intern/apprentice to help our CRM & Data team better understand, structure, and make sense of marketing and customer data .
Today, our team is rich in platforms and data (CRM, CDP, campaign data), but we are missing a profile that can:
Step back and analyze Martech data holistically
Help us define meaningful KPIs
Support data storytelling for product and business teams
You will be guided by Zheng Wang, Senior Product Owner – CRM & Data , and work closely with product owners, marketers, and data engineers in an international environment.
Key responsibilities
Your missions will evolve over time and may include:
Analyze data from Martech and CRM platforms (CDP, CIAM, marketing automation, Social media data)
Help the team understand what data we have, how it is used, and what insights we can extract
Propose, define, and document KPIs related to Martech platforms
Support product and marketing teams with ad‑hoc analyses and insights
Contribute to data quality, consistency checks, and documentation
Participate in use‑case discussions and translate business questions into analytical approaches
This role is progressive by design : as you learn, your autonomy and responsibilities will grow.
What you will learn
This internship / apprenticeship is designed as a learning journey , not just an execution role. You will:
Understand how a Martech & CRM ecosystem works in a large international company
Learn how consumer/patients/HCP data is collected, structured, analyzed, and activated
Build strong foundations in data analysis, KPI definition, and data storytelling
Learn how to work with both technical (IT, data) and non‑technical (marketing, business) stakeholders
Gain exposure to real business constraints, governance, and decision‑making processes

About You
About you
We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and motivated to learn — not someone who already knows everything.
Profile & availability
Student in Bac+3 to Bac+5 (university, engineering school, or business school)
Available for:
6‑month internship OR
12‑month apprenticeship
Able to work in English in an international environment
Skills & interests
Strong interest in data analysis and analytics
Interest in marketing, CRM etc data topics
Curiosity about how data supports business and marketing decisions
Basic knowledge of BI / data visualization tools is a plus
First exposure to SQL, Excel, Python, or similar tools is a plus
Mindset
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Structured and detail‑oriented
Comfortable explaining insights in a simple and clear way
Enjoys working with diverse profiles (IT, data, marketing, product)
