Diversity is one of Salomon’s five values, therefore we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.Salomon is headquartered in Annecy, France. Job DescriptionWithin the Talent Acquisition team, your objective will be to support the Talent Acquisition Partners in recruiting for the various populations across the Salomon brand (Headquarters teams and field teams, in France and internationally), with a primary focus on the Retail and Tech & Pro scopes.Supported by our team at the beginning and then working more autonomously, you will be responsible for the following tasks:Gathering hiring briefs from managers to understand their recruitment needsPosting job advertisementsReviewing incoming applications and scheduling interviewsConducting candidate pre-screening interviews and writing interview summariesContributing to the identification of new candidate sourcing solutionsSupporting the organization of recruitment and team events, as well as communication around these eventsBuilding strong connections and keeping stakeholders informed of your progressDepending on the needs of the team, your workload, and your areas of interest, you may also have the opportunity to contribute to additional projects.What this internship will bring you:Discover the world of outdoor sports and experience this passion every dayLearn how to independently manage the full recruitment cycle and make your first hiresDevelop your interpersonal and communication skills, as recruitment is both analytical and people-orientedPractice English on a daily basis by interacting with managers and candidates from across Europe. QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) from a business school, university or equivalent.A specialization in Human Resources is not mandatory but would be a strong asset.Most importantly, you should have a genuine interest in recruitment and HR topics. Languages:Good command of both French (minimum B2 level) and English (minimum C1 level). IT Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred. Other Skills:You are proactive, organized, and enjoy interacting with people.You are eager to learn and possess strong communication skills, enabling you to keep your team and hiring managers informed about the progress of recruitment activities.You approach your projects with diligence, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.A first recruitment experience would be a real plus!Additional InformationContract Type: Internship (a valid convention agreement is required)Location: Annecy, FrancePreferred Start Date: August or September 2026Duration: 6 monthsAt Salomon, internship compensation is structured as follows:Internship Allowance:Bachelor's degree to Bac+3: €700 gross per monthBac+4 / Bac+5 (Master's level): €950 gross per monthPhD: €1,200 gross per month Housing Allowance:€300 per month housing support, subject to: Providing a rental agreement for accommodation located within 50 km of Salomon's headquarters and submitting monthly rent receipts.Interested?If this opportunity interests you, don't hesitate—send us your CV as soon as possible so that we can review your application!  Intern
